How to Get to New Athos

From Sukhumi, you can reach New Athos by minibus, bus, car, or taxi. The reference distance of around 20 km refers to the distance by road between central Sukhumi and central New Athos. Travel time depends on the departure point, stops, traffic conditions, and season.
