Aurus Hotel is located in Sukhum, in the Gumista district — one of the quieter, green areas of the Abkhazian capital. The sea is just 100 to 200 meters from the hotel, making it a convenient choice for guests who want easy access to the beach. The grounds include a green inner courtyard, a guarded fenced area and a picnic spot, and breakfast is included in the room rate.

Guests can choose from several room types: standard double rooms (some with a balcony or terrace), as well as one-room and two-room «Suite» categories with two bedrooms, some with a balcony, accommodating up to 4 guests.
